On-site observation
I spend 1-5 days in your company observing what's really happening.
Not behind a desk with questionnaires.
At the heart of the action:
- I watch your teams work - How do they communicate? Where are the invisible frictions?

- I observe possible frictions - Who's really speaking? Who's disengaging? Where are blockages created?

With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager, I’ve learnt that the most valuable insights often come from an outside perspective. Very early on, I noticed things that others didn’t see simply by observing, and I understood that I would one day make this ability my profession.
You know that feeling: something’s wrong, but you don’t know exactly what. Frictions, difficult communication, stress, chaos… My passion is bringing you that objective perspective. Every company has immense potential, often hidden in human dynamics and unwritten rules. For me, wellbeing and success go hand in hand.
Authenticity and Honesty
The best way to sell is to ensure that both seller and buyer benefit from the transaction, without one exploiting the other. Authenticity, honesty, mutual respect and reliability are essential, but I say what I see, not what you want to hear.
Human Approach
Work and private life aren't two separate worlds. Employees transpose problems from home to work and vice versa. We should therefore take into account employee wellbeing, which reflects that of the company. Real problems are rarely technical, but human.
Positive Impact
I believe that everyone should contribute, even modestly, to the wellbeing of others and the environment, in order to create a better world together. Companies have a key role to play in the ecological transition and collective wellbeing.
